Combo (Starz in Motion): • Solid leotard (any color) • Suntan, pink, or white tights • Pink ballet slippers • Tan-colored tap shoes (If your child already has black tap shoes, please purchase tan ones when they have outgrown their current pair.) *All tap shoes must have elastic attached, no ribbon bows. Ballet (open classes): • Solid black, navy, or pink leotard • Pink tights (Advanced students should have convertible tights.) • Pink ballet slippers (Any style is allowed but strings must be pulled, knotted, and cut.) • Solid black or pink chiffon skirts / nylon ripstop shorts for centre floor work *Hair must be worn in a bun or a neat ponytail if hair is too short. Tap: • Solid leotard (any color) • Tan-colored tights • Black J/Ts (any brand such as Leo, Bloch, etc.) Please do not get the hard shoe. The sole should be flexible, but not like a split sole jazz shoe. Jazz and Hip Hop: • Solid leotard (any color) • Tan-colored tights • Black split sole slip on jazz shoes HIP HOP: Black Jazz Sneakers • Black jazz pants may be worn Lyrical: • Same dress code as Jazz • Solid colored skirts may be worn • Tan-colored Pedini shoes or ballet slippers may be worn for all Lyrical Classes Acrobatics: • Same dress code as Tap and Jazz • Proper Acro shoes must be worn to class Breakdance: • Comfortable, loose fitting clothing • Tennis shoes • Knee pads • Skull cap Boys: • Plain white t-shirt • Black sweat pants or shorts • Proper dance shoes must be worn for all classes Tae Kwon Do: • Comfortable clothes for the first class • Uniform must be purchased to continue class **No t-shirts or shorts of any kind will be allowed in class (except boys). Cover-ups must be worn to and from the studio. Hair should be in a bun for all classes, but a neat ponytail is acceptable for all classes excluding ballet. **Simple earrings and rings will be allowed. Please do not wear hanging jewelry of any kind. This is for your own safety. |
